Neehow as they say in the Forbidden City. Just wanted to thank both of you for stepping up and doing an amazing episode. Dedication is the KEY to a successful business and life.
As for Tarsheed, I think they should educate people on how to spend money wisely by starting with a wiser awareness campaign. Cheers and thanks once again

Hi there Ali and Mosaed
Heard the subject and I believe lots of Kuwaiti’s are loosing and failing in holding their projects because they don’t have a commercial mind. They don’t follow the steps that lead to a successful project. Of course everyone starting a project must expect to loose at the beginning until s/he is known in the market. The basic steps you’ve mentioned are quite correct. But the problem is the matter of trust. People give complete trust in their workers and give them the authority to hold their business without checking on them and get shocked when they find that not trust-worthy . Some people don’t encourage their workers as you’ve mentioned and the excellant workers are a target for other business people; if not well-encouraged then easy to be taken. Study has to be held before starting a project and most people start without just because they want to start and gain money without thinking how will they succeed in gaining the money. Simply talking, lots of Kuwaitis don’t have commercial minds and this is the reason for their lose .

Raja:
thats ok, Dr bo Rashed do not count as a listener, so technically you are first. as for your point, I agree that definitely a study is required for any business, which leads us to the second point, is there a place where some can get information to formulate a study? this is something that we will talk about in more depth in a future episode (Deera or Dinar). so stay tuned. thanks for the comments
