Bedoor: Thanks for the comment although we didn’t get any for our last episode. Now managing a business is similar to managing your life. No organization or listening to different point of views will not help your life to move forward nor will it help your business. We have great ideas in this country but what we are missing is great management skills. I hope bright people like yourself and our listeners have what it takes to make the change and move us forward.
p.s. About being upset….. You know we care about all of our listeners and we apologize for anything we’ve said or done to make you upset. Now all we need is for you to reply with a BIG smile. Cheers

GYM Ali?? GOOD!!! I love going to the gym myself!!
Leadership is one of the most important things in my opinion! I hope you do talk about it some day!!
I do find many leaders or owners that have no strategy at all! And that just ends up pulling their business to hell!!! That you find here in Cyprus more than you can imagine!
Organization between employees, structure, resources and such is not easily found around us these days! Maybe in some big companies but I don’t recall even one smaller company or business that has it any were around me! I do have to agree with you Dr. Bo Rashid that is the first point that should be taken in consideration when starting any kind of organization!! Like how do expect for an employee to do what he has to do if there organization… As Ali said what happened with him!
Observation helps a lot to learn… You need to study and watch many different companies to know how and what could go wrong or right! As you said the scene from the airplane! I don’t find a lot of motivation around from employers to their employees these days!
Listening to other peoples point of views is important! I don’t agree with everything you would choose and you wouldn’t agree with everything I would choose… But if you hear my side and I listen to yours then we might learn or realize the other has a better thought or idea!! I would say this is the problem at my husband’s work place, when his dad refuses to listen to any of the new ideas that his sons (my husband and my brother in law) try to bring in!!!
I see many people opening their business here with out future goals! They as you said open and say ok lets see what will happen and what it would bring! I find that as one of the most stupid things you could do!
I do think it’s good to back out or have exit strategy!! As you said you didn’t lose!!!
Thank you Dr. for the amazing episode!!!

Now about the episode I truly believe running a successful business starts with a well managed team and leaders. I do hope people listen to what we say and if they disagree get back to us and let’s us discuss the differences. Cheers
