    about the episode ..
sa7 i knew 2 houses the sold the house for 1 million kd . its in our block too .. so it is very VERY expensive here .. even renting a flat or so in dahia is expensive too ..

and as Dr.borashed said .. el 3aqar you can see it and like work with it .. but in bor9a .. el bor9ajiii must take the risk in it . ( yes i used the word bor9aji in a sentence :P) ..

thanks alot for both of you ..
really appreciate the time you give us here ..
    be happy
    take care always ..

Bedoor: Thanks for the comment as always. Yes it’s official you are the first person I know used the word “bor9ajii” in a sentence. I am glad Dinar Chat has influenced even your language :) … Now about the subject, Dinar Chat is dedicated to provide a full service from basic information to market analysis. Real estate business has a huge potential yet at the same time one must be careful and smart to know when where and how to buy and sell. Cheers ;)

Oh Ali you should get some rest. And don’t lose your bedliyat; if you hear me talking every 10 words 9 are bedliyat!!!!! :)
I’m not sure about everything that goes in (Mejlis al-umma) there, but I have heard of few things that got me disappointed! When people give their votes to some one they trust, they should behave as those people want him/her to behave!!! I would be angry if the person I voted for didn’t behave properly!

I always have been taught that real estate is the safest business to have! And I never trust the stock market any way!!

That is huge change!!! I was amazed listening to the prices and how they changed!!

It’s what I see here in Cyprus! The real Estate is going from high to higher every year! My husband’s uncle is working in it, so I have had some of the real prices to compare!! It’s a huge change from 1 year to another!

    What is istethmariyah in Eng?

The Subah Al-Ahmed city project sound really good! I didn’t know they were thinking of such projectas in Kuwait!

But I was wondering why it is that business real estate fell there!!??? Here it’s just going even higher then any other real estate.

Amazing information Dr. Bo Rashid! It’s amazing to think 10 years away from Kuwait and these huge changes in real estate!! So now I know, I’ll never have a chance to buy one in Kuwait! I’ll stick with Cyprus, Finland and Europe! :)
Thank you guys for a podcast well done! :D

noracassandra: Thanks for the comment. I think we at Dinar Chat speak of Kuwaitis mind when we discussed the unprofessional incident that took place in the parliament just last week. We believe in democracy, we love democracy yet at the same time, we also would like to see people who represent this democracy to respect it. Enough said…

As for the episode, real estate is on the rise even in some poor African countries. The advantages of such business branch are huge. However, the drawback of the same market is lethal. I encourage people and investors to study the market, set the goals, stick with the available budget and sell in time if they are interested in such a market. Cheers :)

so basically what i got from this episode is im going to be homless for the rest of my life, unless i deside to camp out in the middle of the kuwaiti desert and wait for a city to form around me in say 50 years time

  6. Dr. Bo Rashid Says:

eshda3wa: Thanks for the comment and sorry for the late reply. I think people who think of the future as tomorrow or the day after only will be homeless. I personally like to encourage people to think about their financial future regardless of their current status. Cheers ;)
